El domingo anterior vimos, a la luz de Santiago 5:13-20, cómo los creyentes en medio de las dificultades que tenemos que enfrentar en este mundo caído, contamos con un recurso extraordinario como es la oración. En este sentido vimos que dos aspectos: 1) la necesidad vital de la oración, 2) el alcance de la oración. Hoy, como anuncié, veremos 3) La eficacia de la oración. La oración, la intercesión, es eficaz v 16c: La oración eficaz del justo puede mucho.

Last week we saw, in light of James 5:13-20, how we Believers, in the midst of the hardships we have to face in this fallen world, count on such an extraordinary resource as prayer is. In this sense we saw these 2 aspects: 1) the vital need for prayer, 2) the reach/scope of prayer. Today, as I announced, we will look at: 3) the effectiveness of prayer. Prayer, intercession, is effectual: The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. James 5:16c.
